Clockflux is a lightweight time tracker for your working day. Tap once to check in, tap again to check out, and it keeps the running totals for you: today, this week, and across the year. It works offline, and it is free.

Track your day

A single slide toggle starts and stops the clock, with a live timer for the session in progress. Clockflux adds up every session in the day, shows the total in decimal hours or h:mm (whichever you prefer) and highlights your week in green once you are on track for the days elapsed so far. Weekends and days you have marked off are skipped automatically. Hit your daily or weekly target and it says so.

See the whole month

The calendar gives you a month at a glance: which days you logged, which you took off, and how the hours landed. Open any past day to correct a forgotten check-out, add a session you missed, or mark a stretch of days off in bulk.

Keep track of holiday

Set your annual allowance and Clockflux shows what you have used, what you have accrued so far, and what is still available. Choose whether your days accrue gradually through the year or are available all at once, and the balance prorates automatically if you started partway through the year. If your planned and used days are heading past your allowance, you get a warning before it happens.

Watch your work/life balance

The health view reads your recent weeks and tells you plainly whether you are on track, working under, or drifting into sustained overtime. A cumulative overtime chart shows the running balance against your weekly target, with a breakdown of hours versus target for each of the last several weeks.

Offline and installable

Clockflux installs on a phone, tablet, or desktop and opens like any other app. The free version has no account and no backend at all. Every session is written straight to your browser's local storage and never sent anywhere, so it works with no internet connection by construction, not just as a nice-to-have.

Free forever, with an optional Pro plan

Everything above — the tracker, calendar, holiday allowance, and health view — is entirely free, works offline, and needs no account. That stays true for good: nothing here moves behind a paywall later.

Pro needs an account, so signing in and syncing means some of your data reaches our servers — the Privacy section below spells out exactly what. Ask your AI about your hours

With Clockflux Pro you can connect Claude, Cursor, Codex or any assistant that supports MCP to your hours. Ask how many hours you worked this week, whether you are ahead or behind, how many holiday days are left, or for a timesheet ready to send, and check in, start a break or check out from the conversation. Ready-made prompts such as “Review my week”, “Plan my overtime” and “Prepare my stand-up” are built in. You choose whether an assistant can only read your data or also change it. Privacy

Without an account, nothing you track ever leaves your device — everything is written to your own browser’s local storage, and there is no server holding a copy. Signing in for Pro adds your name, email and time entries to our servers (hosted in the EU) so they can sync between your devices, and payments are handled by Stripe, which never shares your card details with us.
